Welcome to Neuskintech, a results driven skincare studio in Spring helping you feel confident in your skin through customized treatments, education, and a relaxing experience. Founded by licensed esthetician Abby Melendez, NeuSkinTech was created to combine corrective skincare with a calming, personalized approach. Every treatment is designed around your skin’s unique needs rather than a one size fits all facial. Whether you’re struggling with acne, congestion, sensitivity, pigmentation, aging concerns, or simply want to maintain healthy glowing skin, our goal is to create a treatment plan that supports long term skin health and visible results. At NeuSkinTech, we specialize in customized facials, acne focused treatments, anti aging treatments, hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, cold plasma therapy, LED therapy, facial massage, and waxing services. We also use advanced skin analysis technology to better understand your skin and guide your treatment journey. Our studio is designed to be a space where clinical skincare meets relaxation. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. My booking site will send you email confirmations—scroll to the bottom and click “Manage My Appointments” to cancel. If it is within 48 hours, the system will not allow you to cancel online and you will be charged 50 percent of the service booked. Running Late I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid impacting the next client and the 50 percent cancellation fee will apply. Fees and Deposits Fees are charged to the card on file. If the card declines, a hold will be placed on your account until the balance is cleared. All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred once if you reschedule in advance. Email me at Neuskintech@gmail.com when you are ready to rebook. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. No Show Policy If you do not show up and do not let me know, it will be considered a no call no show and you will be banned from future bookings. I am very easy to communicate with so please reach out if something comes up.
