I fell in love with the industry because I was able to help so many people in different aspects of their life. This is truly a passion of mine. Neuskintech Policy💡 CANCELLATION✨ To cancel an appointment you must cancel BEFORE 24 hours. my booking site will send you emails, scroll to the bottom and hit manage my appointments from there you will be able to cancel your appointment. If it's after the 24 hour mark it's not going to let you and I will charge you a 50% cancellation fee for any cancelation done after 24 hours NO CALL NO SHOW✨ I Have a 10 minute grace period, If you are more than 10 minutes late there's a high possibility of your appointment being canceled. It's not fair for the rest of my clients who are on time and will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late without no notice it will be considered a no call no show and will be banned from booking in the future. I don't tolerate no call no shows, I'm very easy to communicate with. STUDIO POLICY✨ Please no extra guest unless if you are bringing a guest that's also getting a service Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system. ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Neuskintech PERMISSION to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE You are able to reschedule once for the deposit to transfer to your next appointment. You can email me once you are ready to reschedule Neuskintech@gmail.com. Other rescheduling will require a new deposit.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. My booking site will send you email confirmations—scroll to the bottom and click “Manage My Appointments” to cancel. If it is within 24 hours, the system will not allow you to cancel online and you will be charged 50 percent of the service booked. Running Late I allow a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid impacting the next client and the 50 percent cancellation fee will apply. Fees and Deposits Fees are charged to the card on file. If the card declines, a hold will be placed on your account until the balance is cleared. All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred once if you reschedule in advance. Email me at Neuskintech@gmail.com when you are ready to rebook. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. No Show Policy If you do not show up and do not let me know, it will be considered a no call no show and you will be banned from future bookings.
